Arizona State University David McHugh Scholarships for Exercise Science and Related Studies
Arizona State University (ASU) is a public research university located in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area of Arizona. Since 2003, ASU has increased the number of high-level faculty members and experts on campus with the addition of 156 new award recipients, fellows or academy members. ASU’s mission is to pursue research and discovery that benefits the public good; assuming major responsibility for the economic, social, and cultural vitality and health and well-being of the community.
Arizona State University is offering the David McHugh Scholarship for Exercise Science and Related Studies. To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must be admitted and enrolled as full‐time students and majoring in any of the following fields: Applied Science (Wellness), Cardiac Rehabilitation, Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science, Exercise and Wellness, Exercise and Wellness (Health Promotion), Nutrition. Applicants must have a 3.0 or higher cumulative academic GPA, show involvement in community and/or school activities and demonstrate the potential to continue with their college career by remaining in good standing with the university and maintain all scholarship criteria.
