Global Excellence Scholarships

The University at Albany Global Excellence Scholarships scholarship are awarded to incoming international students based on academic achievement as well as other qualifications, as determined by the admissions committee. The maximum scholarship award is $17,500 USD per year for first-year (freshmen) applicants, for a potential total of $70,000 USD over four years. These scholarships are renewable, provided the student maintains a grade point average of 2.5 or higher and remains continuously enrolled as a full-time student at UAlbany paying out-of-state tuition.
