Carnegie Mellon – CMKL | Thailand program is a collaboration between Carnegie Mellon University and King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL). To facilitate the collaboration with Carnegie Mellon, CMKL University has been established in association with KMITL to administer the Carnegie Mellon – CMKL program for research and education activities in Thailand.
The program includes intensive study in electrical and computer engineering with the opportunity to specialize in data science, security, cyber-physical systems, software engineering and mobility. Graduates of the program will earn two degrees: one from Carnegie Mellon and the one from CMKL.
We are offering 12 M.S. scholarships and 9 Ph.D. scholarships to students who are interested in pursuing a dual-graduate degree in electrical and computer engineering.
The Ph.D. scholarships cover 100% tuition for five years plus monthly stipends and relocation allowance. Type 1 M.S. scholarships cover 50% tuition and type 2 M.S. scholarships cover 100% tuition for two years.
