Baltic American Freedom Foundation Scholarships

Professional Internship program: Apply now for an extraordinary experience interning for some of the most exciting companies in the U.S. Experience the U.S. with your peers through excursions to U.S. cities to meet with influential business leaders and leading U.S. companies. All-inclusive scholarship upwards of $30,000 for six-month or year-long internships in the U.S. Applicants must be enrolled at an accredited post-secondary university and be in the final year (academic program/course of study must be at least three years in duration and and result in some form of degree, e.g. Bachelors), or have graduated within 6 months of Application Deadline, or be enrolled on a full-time basis at an accredited postgraduate university, e.g. Masters, Ph.D. Research Scholarship program: The Research Scholar Program is meant to foster the exchange of ideas between the Baltic States and the U.S. and to stimulate international collaboration and research efforts. BAFF provides up to $60,000 fellowships for professors and academic researchers to conduct independent or collaborative research projects in the U.S. for up to one year. Senior academic and research professionals are encouraged to apply. Candidates should hold a Ph.D. degree, or have at least five years professional experience, or significant proven relevant experience.
