Center Description: El Centro de Asesoria EducationUSA, programa del Departamento de Estado de Estados Unidos, se encuentra dentro del Instituto Chileno Norteamericano de Cultura, el cual fue fundado en el año 1942 y se especializa en la enseñanza del ingles como segundo idioma.
