Center Description: Based in the Instituto Cultural Brasileiro Norte-Americano, a non-for –profit organization, the Educational Advising Office in Porto Alegre (CulturalGrad) - has open to the public since 1981. Our center advises students who are interested either in studying English as a foreign language or any subject in undergraduate and graduate programs at universities in the U.S. We also provide information on a wide range of international programs, different tests and we offer official translation services.
