Center Description: IBEU-CE is a binational center founded in 1943. It is a cultural and language center for the development of the American culture and English language. Our job is to help people learn and get acquainted with the people, culture, educational system and customs of the U.S.A. The educational advising center has been providing information and assistance to students interested in studying in the U.S.A. since 1970.
