Travel with EducationUSA Russia beyond the Ural Mountains for U.S. higher education fairs, outreach events and networking for institutional partnerships in Tomsk, Novosibirsk and Vladivostok, March 16-21, 2014.

Fair registration includes:


Transportation:

Economy class air transportation: Moscow to Tomsk; Novosibirsk to Vladivostok. Bus transportation from Tomsk to Novosibirsk.

Accommodations:

Four nights at first class hotels, single rooms; taxes, breakfast and internet included. Hotel list will be sent to each participant.

Transfers:

Ground transfers from airport to the hotel and vice versa, by private motor coach. All group transfers for school visits and college fairs are included.

Briefings:

Orientation meeting in Tomsk and debriefing in Vladivostok.
Country briefing with EducationUSA Advisers and meetings with Public Affairs and Consular staff at U.S. Consulate in Vladivostok.

Meals:

Daily Breakfast. Opening dinner in Tomsk; welcome lunch in Novosibirsk and closing dinner in Vladivostok.

Gratuities & Taxes:

All gratuities and taxes in connection with the “Included Features” are included. Airport and hotel porters, drivers and guides gratuities are all included.

  • EducationUSA fairs in Tomsk, Novosibirsk and Vladivostok
  • Meetings/workshops with regional universities and schools interested in research and exchange partnerships and training opportunities
