Other comments:
We believe what makes us unique is the ''''translation'''' of experiences from one cultural perspective to another. This makes is necessary for the student to live or have lived in The Netherlands in order to give information that adds value. Moreover, we have scores of Dutch students providing information about their stay in the US to other Dutch students.
The Fulbright Center in Amsterdam would welcome US students who can work independently and have the ability to quickly overcome the culture shock of moving from the US to Amsterdam. The Center cannot provide housing, but will do its best to assist.
