USA College Day 2009

With a line stretching down the streets of Central London, nearly 2,700 visitors throughout the day and over 100 exhibitors, College Day 2009 was a huge success. For 32 years, this annual event has been a unique opportunity for UK students and parents to meet one-on-one with representatives from US universities and educational service providers.

New Fulbright Website

We are delighted to have recently re-launched our advising website www.fulbright.co.uk We hope this will be a useful tool for both prospective students and US institutions. In addition to information on all aspects of applying for US study from the UK, the website includes a new ‘For US Universities’ page provides an overview of the UK educational system, local recruitment opportunities, trends in US-UK exchange and ways to partner with EducationUSA centers worldwide.

Raising Awareness of US Study

As interest in US study has increased, so too has its coverage in national publications. This year alone, Fulbright assisted with articles in The Times, Telegraph, Financial Times and Independent, as well as magazines for students and advisors.
