Invited artists are current Music students or alumni of programs offered in U.S. accredited colleges and universities
The ‘Music Sessions’ program was the result of an initiative to foster team work among Colombo’s Departments. The Educational Advising Center and the Cultural Department joined efforts to offer students a testimonial-concert cycle.
The ‘Music Sessions’ is a cycle of concerts in which recognized Colombian or international musicians that studied in the U.S. with diverse financial aid options are invited to perform and share their application and academic experience with the audience.
The program of the concert promotes the services offered by the Education USA Advising Center and provides attendants with information on U.S. institutions where the artist studied.
The EducationUSA Fair is an event organized by the EducationUSA Advising Centers in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador and Peru – all affiliated with the US State Department and committed to promoting higher education in the USA. We have organized and participated in international fairs for many years, and we encourage you to take part in a unique recruiting opportunity that will give your institution maximum exposure to highly qualified South American students interested in pursuing studies in the US.
In times of so much mixed information it is very positive to be associated with the EducationUSA, known everywhere as the official source of information about studying in the US. You can be sure that only accredited institutions will be present at the EducationUSA Fairs, and your institution will have access to local schools. The event sponsored by EducationUSA will have its circuit in South America, covering the SIX major countries that boast the highest concentration of potential students. For a nominal fee, it provides you with a great opportunity to make a head start on your recruiting at a time when students are most alert to events of this nature.
We are proud to announce that our Fair sponsors are the US State Department (Educational Information and Resources Branch), the US Embassies in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador and Peru, the Ministries of Education, the Fulbright Commissions, the American Chambers of Commerce, and other governmental agencies.
