Joint outreach

The EAC has established strong ties with partner institutions and organizations across the country that play a role of facilitator for meeting with students in different regions of the country.


Open Doors Events

The goal of these events is to provide visitors with targeted information on educational opportunities. This has become the most important vehicle for generating interest in study in the U.S. among parents in Belarus.


EducationUSA-Virtual Consulting Office (VCO)

An effective online recruiting tool that presents information on study in the United States in seven languages together with consulting services offered in these languages. The resource is located at http://education-usa.ru/


Opportunity Program

Provided by the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, Opportunity funds support underserved students of modest means by covering the upfront costs of applying to accredited colleges and universities in the United States. Opportunity students are selected based on strong academic performance and potential for success as a U.S. institution.


Active use of Social Networks

EAC in Belarus actively use majority of the most popular social networks for targeted distribution of educational information having on March 8, 2012 3605 subscribers.


Workshop and trainings

This course allows students to obtain new knowledge and skills on CV and Resume writing, preparation of essay and statement of purpose, and assist students to develop excellent interview skills. Overall it is expected that students after completing this course will be more competitive in their application process to US educational institutions.


New interactive website for Belarusian EAC

Allows to provide video consultations and immediate chat with prospective students including consulting option, RSS feeds, blog posts. Located at http://belarus-eac.org
