Brief description of the award, application process:

Provides full funding for Azerbaijani citizens interested in pursuing a career in the oil and gas industry and pursuing undergrduate or master’s programs in economics, engineering, human resources management, information technology, or petroleum engineering. The scholarships, awarded to 50 students per year, are funded by SOCAR and cover application fees, visa‐related expenses, tuition, medical insurance, transportation and living expenses.
