Program Highlights

Opportunity funding

The US Department of State funds the Opportunity Program in Russia and several other countries. This program helps pay for the up-front costs of applying to US universities. Funds can be used to cover testing costs, application fees, credential evaluation, document shipment, everything! All the way up to your round-trip airfare to your US college or university. The program is designed for talented students with demonstrated financial need.


Republic of Tatarstan Higher Education Fellowship Program

The Republic of Tatarstan Higher Education Fellowship Program provides master’s‐level students from Tatarstan the opportunity to study and receive a degree from a U.S. institution. Approximately 10 fellows are selected each year. This degree program is one component of a larger internationalization strategy for universities in Tatarstan; priority disciplines are in science and engineering.
