Program Highlights

Live interactive EducationUSA Broadcast on FM103

EdUSA advisor was available in an interactive 1-2 hours live radio program in which students called in to get information and guidance about Study in the US. The fortnightly program also focused upon different academic programs e.g. Law or MBA etc. Visiting reps from US Colleges were also invited to the show to talk about Higher Education in the US. The educationUSA website was repeated intermittantly during the Program. NOTE: FM 103 has a listnership of over a million.

Student Counseling Workshops for the Lahore Advisors Network

Starting Fall' 09 the EdUSA advior designed and conducted High School Counseling Workshops with guidance counselors from 25 schools. The 2 workshops conducted thus far are:
High School Counseling: Understanding Concepts (Basics of High School counseling)
Counselor's Journal (Included the pre-application;application and admissions timelines; requirements and procedures)
Note: High Schools are only just recognising the need for informed High School Counseling parctices and based upon resources provided to EdUSA Centers it is becoming possible to provide information and training to new school/college counselors.
