Provides partial support to Roma students who are citizens of Ukraine, or other select countries, for pursuit of bachelor, master’s, Ph.D. or post-doctoral education as full-time students at a
recognized and well-established university outside of their home country or their country of residence. Funded by the Roma Education Fund.

Supports students from Ukraine, and other select countries, and for a two-year fellowship involving one year, non-degree liberal arts study in the U.S. and one year community service leadership in

The Michael M. Muchisky Scholarship at Cazenovia College is awarded to a student who demonstrates successful academic performance in high school, is majoring in psychology, and is of Ukrainian or
Polish decent.

The Polsky Fellowship at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business was developed to encourage the participation of students demonstrating entrepreneurial interests and a commitment to
advancing the interests of Ukraine, particularly those who have graduated from the Kiev Polytechnic Institute; offers $20,000 in tuition per year for two years. The Zonis Fellowship provides $25,000

The H. Wolanski Business Scholarship at Cleveland State University is awarded to a student majoring in Business or Law, with priority given to students of Ukrainian descent.

The Ivan Shandor Memorial Ukrainian American Bar Association Endowed Scholarship Fund at Georgetown University Law Center is awarded to students enrolled in the Masters of Law degree program who are
residents of, or who have resided in Ukraine; are fluent in the Ukrainian language; and demonstrate a desire to promote democracy and uphold the rule of law in Ukraine.

The Native Russian Speaker Scholarship at Grinnell College is for native speakers of Russian, regardless of citizenship. The scholarships covers all costs of attendance, including tuition, room,
board, mandatory fees, and health insurance.

The Eugene and Daymel Shklar Research Fellowships in Ukrainian Studies and the Jaroslaw and Nadia Mihaychuk Postdoctoral Research Fellowships in Ukrainian Studies bring scholars from the
international academic community to Harvard University for focused research on projects in Ukrainian history, literature, philology, culture, and other related areas of study in the humanities and
social sciences fields

The Kearney and Haliv Family Fellowship at the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies, Johns Hopkins University, is awarded with preference given to students from Ukraine and other
countries of the former Soviet Union. The Ludmilla and Richard Murphy Fellowship assists a student from Eastern Europe, with preference given to students from Ukraine, planning to return to their

The Ukrainian Home Society Scholarship at Lansing Community College is awarded to Ukrainian or Eastern European students.

Manor College offers several scholarships to cover partial tuition costs for Ukrainians, including the Heritage Foundation Scholarship; the John and Helen Malko Family Scholarship; the George &
Jaroslava Rybak Scholarship, for students studying in a Business-related program; the Basilian Sisters Scholarship; and the Dr. and Mrs. Volodymyr and Lydia Bazarko Scholarship.

The Skimbo-Hale Memorial Scholarship is awarded to full-time undergraduate students at Pennsylvania State University at Hazleton, with preference given to students of Ukrainian/Byzantine heritage.

The Pauline Urban and Warren H. Bruggeman ‘46 Scholarship at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute is awarded to a student enrolled in the School of Engineering or Science, with preference given to a
student of Ukrainian origin.

The Hursky Fellowship is awarded to a graduate student of Ukrainian background enrolled at Syracuse University in either the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs or the College of Arts
and Sciences. Preference is given to students whose study includes Ukrainian language and literature, Ukrainian linguistics, and/or culture.

The Taras Shevchenko Scholarship at Union County College is awarded to a student of Ukrainian descent on the basis of academic achievement, financial need and evaluation of the essay. Two Virginia
and Henry Apelian Scholarships are awarded annually based on financial need and academic achievement, with priority given to students of Armenian descent. If there are no qualifying students of
