Higher Education Fairs
Program HighlightsHigh School Outreach Fulbright Belgium has embarked on a series of high school visits including schools in Antwerp and Brussels in Spring 2010. The Fulbright-Schuman Scholarship Program In 2010, the Fulbright-Schuman scholarship program saw another dramatic increase in the number of applications from EU nationals. Applications came from 14 different EU member states. The majority of applicants came from Spain and Italy. University Outreach Outreach has been active in 2010 with visits to the universities of Antwerp, Brussels, Ghent and Leuven, where over 500 students listened to information about studying in the U.S. and about Fulbright scholarships. Luxembourg The EducationUSA table at the CEDIES fair in November 2009 was visited by 500 students. The CEDIES fair would like to include US schools in their 2010 fair on November 11 and 12.
